Apple Quietly hikes iPad Pro prices by $50 following iPhone announcement event
Just a day after releasing a deluge of new products, Apple has now decided to quietly increase the prices of some of its iPad Pro models. If you journey to the Apple Store, you'll see that all 256GB/512GB variants of the 10.5 and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models are now $50 more expensive.
Customers will now have to pay $799 and $999 for the 256GB and 512GB 10.5-inch Wi-Fi versions, respectively. When these devices hit the shelves back in June, their price tags stood at $749 and $949. In the meantime, the 256GB and 512GB variants of the larger 12.9-inch iPad Pro now cost $949 and $1,149, respectively.
Cellular company models will set you back with an additional $130, but it's worth pointing out that the prices of the 64GB variants remain unaltered.
According to reports by some sites, retailers like Best Buy have already revised their pricing for the higher-capacity models to reflect these changes. Still, it might be possible to find other stores that haven't updated their listings, so it's a good idea to look around if you're thinking of getting one.
