How to Load Your Nakumatt Card Via Mpesa Service

The Nakumatt Global card is a prepaid debit card combined into a loyalty card. The card was launched in collaboration between Nakumatt Supermarket, Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and just like most other Master cards, it is accepted in over 33 million retailers and businesses across 210 countries in the world.

Since the Nakumatt Global card is a prepaid one, you need to top up before you can be able to use it, and the top up process is the easiest thing to do. There are a few options when you want to top up your card.

How to Top up Nakumatt global card via Mpesa

Depending on the bank handling your card, there are two options. (Turn over your card and check for either DTB or KCB logo)

For KCB Nakumatt Global Card

Go to MPESA Paybill, enter Business Number 522522 (The account number 16 digits on your card 5246 xxxx xxxx xxxx). then enter the amount. MPESA charges apply.

For DTB Nakumatt Global Card

Go to MPESA Paybill, enter Business Number 516606, (The Account Number is your Phone Number 072 x xxx xxx) then enter the amount. MPESA charges apply.


Alternatively, you can visit any Nakumatt Supermarket or any KCB or DTB branch and you can top up directly at the counter.
