Safaricom Credit to Mpesa refund

Safaricom can now refund you your money that you buy credit accidentally. This has been one of the biggest problems that Mpesa users have had to deal with for some time. Sometimes you might go to your Mpesa menu to do whatever transitions you want and by accident press the wrong button and end up topping up your line with a lot of money that you don't need. When this happens follow this process:

1. Don't use any of the money to make a call, if you are using a smartphone, make sure you turn your 

    data off to avoid any credit being used.

2. Call Safaricom Customer Care and explain it to them and they will refund it to you within 12 hours.
