HTC One getting Android 4.3 soon

The HTC's flagship smartphone HTC One, is expected to get an update to Android 4.3.

HTC America president JASON Mackenzie made the announcement via Twitter that the new update will be pushed to HTC One Developer Edition owners this week.

This is basically just confirming what we already know, as he had previously announced that it should arrive with Developer Edition owners by the end of September.

Mackenzie also said that Android 4.3 for HTC One will come with 'the latest Sense experience', and so expect changes beyond those found in stock Android, although what exactly that will entail has yet to be revealed.

And though he made this big announcement he also pointed out that the company was working hard to get the update certified with the US networks, but unfortunately there's no word on when Android 4.3 will make its way to the HTC One handsets in other parts of the world.
